We are troubled, deeply saddened, and angry by the continued injustices and violence in our country against Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities, as well as against those who are marginalized and targeted due to race, nationality, immigration status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

As the founder of The Look & The Feel, our brand unequivocally denounces all forms of racism, white supremacy, violence, and hate speech, along with any systems and actions that continue to oppress, attack, criminalize, or harm marginalized communities.

We also want to extend our gratitude and appreciation to the activists, artists, organizers, and others who continue to show up and fight, write, create, debate, and shift the needle forward for a better, more just and caring world.

We too are committed to supporting that world, in both word and action. We support social justice, diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect for all people. We stand in solidarity with the defenders of democracy, the resistors of fascism, the organizers of mutual aid, and the teachers of decolonization.

We strive to create a working environment that is compassionate, caring, and considerate for any and all. We believe that creative work like ours requires inclusion of diverse voices and minds. We will not be bystanders. We are listening, we are deconstructing, and we are learning. We will not tolerate racism and bigotry of any form.

We will continue to make decisions rooted in compassion and love when it comes to how we choose to do our creative work. We are committed to working with brands and individuals who share these values and who are willing to show up for collective care and our shared humanity.
